All prices are in UK Sterling

Artwork
Camera ready colour seperated artwork to be supplied.
We have a full in house artwork facilities available if required for which a nominal charge will be made to cover costs.

Colour matching
For accurate print colours Pantone references must be supplied, colour matches are to our discretion only.

Lead Times 
Standard delivery times: Some Unprinted products are usually held in stock and despatch will be on the day following receipt of order, for large quantities delivery will be confirmed on receipt of order. Printed orders, are 2 to 4 weeks for quantites up to 100,000. Above this delivery times will be confirmed on receipt of order. Less than 10 days incurs our express charge of £25.00 on printed orders.

All prices are subject to V.A.T at the applicable rate.

Terms are cash cheque credit or debit card payment  with order .

ORDERS & DELIVERIES
For all personalised printed or manufactured goods we reserve the right to under or over deliver by 7% for which you will be charged accordingly.  

Estimated delivery dates are the dates at which, in good faith, we expect to have goods available for delivery. 

We cannot however accept responsibility for any delays caused by carriers or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Claims for goods which are defective or not in accordance with the terms of the order must be made within 3 days of delivery, and should be returned within 7 days.
Claims for damage in transit or short delivery must be made with us within 3 days of delivery.
Claims for non delivery of goods must be made within 7 days of receipt

We cannot be held responsible for consequential loss or damage resulting from the use of any product sold by us. We shall have no responsibility in the event of any product sold by us, having been modified, altered, overprinted or rendered unsalable, by the customer.
 
We reserve the right to alter or amend any error or price quotation resulting from our own or a suppliers mistake or for reasons beyond our control. We can accept no consequential responsibility resulting therefrom.

The receipt of an order from a customer shall be deemed acceptance of these conditions to the exception of any condition by the purchaser.
 
No variation of these conditions will be recognised unless agreed in writing with us before the commencement of an order and under no circumstances can any form of consequential liability be accepted.
